NCUA seeks to provide the highest quality umpire services by appropriate training and evaluation of our umpires.

There are fees and dues payable to the NCUA upon registration. 
For compliance with IRS rules, Umpires must provide their SSN prior to payment of game fees.

Alternatively, you may download NCUA application and NCUA standard umpire agreement forms and send them by mail.
